Help to develop VOIP client for mobile phones

Greetings!

I am a total novice to VOIP, I want to develop a VOIP client using IAX2 for mobile phones.
I am planning to write one for my laptop first and then port to mobile phones. Is there any tutorial available? What are libraries/APIs I can use.

You don't have to worry because there are many resources where you can get a tutorial. Forum is the best one of the resources and they can help you a lot. Actually, I am also using VOiP phone and I have more experience using it.
