Hello Friends,

I am Babar Shafiq from Karachi, Paikistan.
I am basically a software and system engineer love to expirement love to learn new things. I started programming when I was in class 4 (1987), started with XT based Pc with audio cassetes to record my hello world programs
Then continue my studies with programming, progrmming become my habbit and hobby. did small freelance work for friends, family and some small companies. completed my studies in 1995 and selected IT field as my profession. Did  lot of projects for local and interntional companies as well as jobs in software houses, ISPs as developer then sys dba, linux/unix admin and then IT manager.

Then finally with some friends we started silicontechnix as a company.

I have expertise in programming in different tools and in linux, windows platform, system adminstrtion, unix admin, oracle dba, network adminstration, voip and ISP services and network design.

.....Once I setup my mind to something hell will freeze over before I leave it unfinished.....
