License Expenses and Remove the copyright reminding

  Your iaxClientocx.ocx make us easily to develop our software,we express the most sincere compliments to you here.
  My executive hopes that I can inquire you some details , as the following:
  If we pay the license expenses for using the IaxClientocx.ocx to develop our commericial software. Could we remove the alarm popup Dialog when our customers click the system tray icon and remove the tooltip text like "Iax Control by Babar Shafiq Nazmi babarnazmi@yahoo.com" ?
  Could you offer a charging way about license which use this iaxClientocx.ocx component as the commercial use to us ?

How can i make cheap calls to indian landline or mobile? Is thera any good VOIP service? I am not asking about messengers and skype on computer. I actually want to call india on landline and mobile. Please provide me cheap voips or calling card.
