select audio Device (Ring Device)
« on: June 23, 2008, 08:56:23 PM »
Hi all,

i am using the iax activex control now for some time - and i am quite happy with it. Now i wanted to use an other device for the ring tone than the default device - so i took a look at the setAudioDevices function... I have tried several arguments - but nothing seems to work. I am getting successfully the audio devices by the use of the getAudioDevices callback - then i try to set audio devices by an index - and i have tried by name. But no luck until yet.

Can someone provide me with details about how to set the right audio device ?

What does the GetAudioDeviceInternal( Force); function exactly do ?

regards,
Wolfgang

GetAudioDeviceInternal( Force);
will show Audio Device settings again, so you can set those devices again from the selection boxes.
