registration reply -1

hello babar,
in some computers, registration_reply event is -1.
it only occurs in those specific computers.
is not a network problem because one computer connected in the same network always registers ok, but the other always reply -1.
what does it means registration reply -1..?
can it be solved..?
any ideas..?
