InternalCallHandler
« on: April 28, 2008, 03:03:03 PM »
Hi all,

i am using the iaxclient ocx for a callcenter web application - and i am quit happy with it.

But - there is one little problem. Because the agents are also working with other applications - the don\'t always have the web application focused (and some of them do not always have their headsets on) - so it could be the incoming calls are getting lost. Setting the InternalCallHandler=0 does provide a nice dialog box which does stay in front to answer calls - quit perfect - the only problem with it is - it does not disappers when the call is lost. It will just stay at top...

Is there any way to get it disappear when the call ist lost ?

regards,
Wolfgang

hmmm, yes thats true, looks like a nice idea, i will add a timer functionality in InternalCallHandler, or you can disable InternalCallHandler=1 and use a popup by checking stateChange event and display or trigger anything you want.

I will add this in new version.

Thanks,
Babar
