IaxClientOcx.ocx in Delphi

Hi,

Is it possible to install the IaxClientOcx.ocx in Delphi? When I try to install it I get the following error message: Access violation at address 5207012B in module \'CorIde50.bpl\'. Read of address 00000019.
What could be wrong?
