How i can make a special click to call with iaxclient?

Hi!
I want to make a callback function...
Exactly i want to offer to my family and friends to call me.
I fix in the code my mobile phone or soft-phone number, and the webpage visitor see a button with his name, or an input field to introduce his phone number, and the asterisk call me, and the number of caller and make a connection between.
Any idea or suggestion will be highly appreciated!

RobiGo, Nothing special in it, that's normal "call me"/"click2call"/"web call" script which is available in the forum for download
