How can i judge between accept and reject?

How can i judge between accept and reject? I try to use the Messages(Message,eventType), but get the same message when accept or reject the call , so i can't judge between accept and reject status

Check StateEvents and StateMessage for checking the call status.

 the StateEvents is work very well, but , when i use the StateMessage event for test, nothing for the event:
i write alter(message) for test, but not never alert message show.
