( i am a network admin with a little skill in web programming so have a pity on me

i need a little help in web and java scripts programing for my project to do the following:
by using the click2call iaxwebphone ocx i need to add in it:
security module : encryption ( registration ) ,tunneling (traffic over tcp for example)
it is doable ?
i hope that some one answer this call so that we can contribut once more to our forum that i am proud to participate in it
